Birth of Roaming CIC
Last Friday I sent our application to Companies House.
Today, just 8 days later, I received our certificate declaring us a CIC (Community Interest Company) with a company number. This seems to be cause for celebration but as yet I’m not sure quite what it means, or how it will unfold. Maybe if the day arrives when it all comes clear that will be the day we fold since roaming is defined as ‘moving about or travelling aimlessly or unsystematically, especially over a wide area’.
